My Terms of use

My  Terms of Use effective as of 12/05/12. This Terms of Use rewrites all existing Terms Of Use. My digital art, png and 3D renders/posers are free to use for whatever purpose whether for commercial or personal you are free to do what you wish. Except, however you cannot take and use texture from my PNGs. Only the textures that are offered as textures. My paintings are for personal use only, because they are copyright protected artwork. I am still trying to keep my terms as simple as possible.feel free to still have fun with my designs
